Idaho State Indoor (2026): Alex continued to deliver for the sprints squad, as he progressed even more in the indoor campaign, with new PRs in the 60m (6.68s) and the 200m (21.10s). He also delivered two all-conference finishes in those same events, scoring the Bengals valuable points at the conference championships. His marks now put him as the fastest 60m time ever recorded as a Bengals and puts him 2nd in the 200m. Alex will look to continue his historic season with the upcoming outdoor campaign. 

Idaho State Outdoor (2025): Alex Conner delivered a breakout sophomore outdoor season, achieving personal bests and securing top rankings in Idaho State history. At the Bengal Invitational (05/02/25), he clocked a 10.35 in the 100m prelims, ranking 4th all-time at ISU and 62nd in the NCAA West Region. Later that day, he ran a 20.63 in the 200m prelims, placing 3rd all-time at ISU and 47th in the West Region. Conner also recorded a 14.48 in the 110m hurdles at the Weber State Spring Classic (04/11/25), showcasing his versatility across sprint and hurdle events. 

Idaho State Indoor (2024-25): Conner continued his strong performances during the indoor season, achieving a personal best of 8.06 in the 60m hurdles at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship (02/27/25), placing 5th. Earlier in the season, he won the 60m hurdles at the Bobcat Challenge (01/25/25) with a time of 8.15. Conner also contributed to the 4x400m relay team, which posted a time of 3:26.02 at the same meet
