Idaho State: (2016-17) Outdoor Ran a 49.01 400m dash at the UNLV Invitational.

Indoor Competed in four indoor meets...led the 1,600m relay team to a victory, placed second in the 400m and claimed fourth in the 200m dash at the Weber State Indoor Open...earned the 200m title with a 22.35 finish and set a personal record time of 7.03 seconds in the 60m dash at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...completed the Snake River Open's 400m event in 48.88 seconds for second place...represented ISU in the 200m, 400m and 1,600m relay events of the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championship...set personal records of 21.87 and 48.47 in the 200m and 400m races of the conference championships. 

Idaho State: (2015-16) Outdoor  Opened the season with a third-place, 48.79 second finish in the UNLV Invitational 400m event...claimed fifth in the 200m at the 2016 UVU Collegitate Invite...set a personal record in the 200m dash at the Utah Spring Classic with a 21.79 finish...finished second in the 400m, third in the 400m relay and first in the 1,600m relay at the 2016 Wildcat Outdoor Open...qualified for the Mt. SAC Relays' 400m and finished 28th at the 48.67 mark...finished seventh with a personal record time of 48.23 in the 400m event of the 2016 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

Indoor Competed in six meets for the Bengals...claimed second in the 200m and the 1,600m relay at the Snake River Open...set a personal record in the Snake River Open 400m event with a 49.36, second-place finish...helped the 1,600m relay team to a third-place finish after finishing fourth in the 200m and fifth in the 400m at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...pushed the 1,600m relay team to a title and set personal records of 7.06 in the 60m dash and 22.13 in the 200m dash at the Mountain State Games...pushed ISU to a fifth-place finish in the DMR and a seventh-place finish in the 1,600m relay at the 2016 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Spokane Falls Community College (2014-2015): Earned All-American status...Placed second in the 400m at the conference championships.

H.S: Graduated from Post Falls H.S in 2013...competed in track and football and earned varsity letters in both...was the regional champion in the 200m and 400m events his senior year...in the 2013 Idaho State Championships he placed third in the 400m...was the team MVP and scoring leader his senior year.

Personal: Born May 23, 1995...parents are Michael and Darcy...has two older brothers, Kyle and Chad...marketing major.
