Idaho State Outdoor (2025): Dalton Rasmussen delivered a standout junior outdoor season, consistently improving his performance in the 400m. At the Bengal Invitational (05/02/25), he achieved a personal best of 48.45 seconds in the 400m preliminaries, placing 8th, and finished 6th in the finals with a time of 48.77 seconds. Rasmussen also contributed to the 4x400m relay team, which secured 3rd place with a time of 3:18.33 at the same meet. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships (05/14/25), he ran the 400m in 48.94 seconds during the preliminaries, finishing 19th. Additionally, he was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed 6th with a time of 3:14.54.

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Rasmussen continued to demonstrate his prowess in the 400m. He recorded a personal best of 49.62 seconds at the Stacy Dragila Open (02/07/25), placing 4th. His performance contributed to the team's overall success in the indoor circuit.

Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Opened the year finishing 7th in the 400m at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (03/29/24)... ran a personal best in the 400m (50.25s) at the Bengal Invitational (04/27/24)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team. 

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Competed in four meets for the Bengals… ran a personal best in the 55m (7.07s) at the Weber State Invitational (01/20/24)... at the Mtn State Games ran a personal best in the 200m (24.07s ) in the preliminary round (02/10/24)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Personal: Dalton is the son of Mary and Jeff Rasmussen and he has a sister, Hannah.
