Outdoor: At the 2019 Pomona-Pitzer Invtiational set a personal best in the 1500 running a time of 3:56.67... At the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, finished second in the 800m with a time of 1:52.24... Won the 800m at the 2019 Aggie Invitational with a timeof 1:54.26... Finished second in the 800m at the BYU Robison Invitational with a personal best time of 1:49.63... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. in the 800m, finsihed 4th with a time of 1:51.13... Represented ISU at the NCAA West Region Prelimnary Round in the 800m. In the first round, qualified for the quarterfinals with a time of 1:49.92. In the quarterfinal round, finished 23rd with a time of 1:49.92

Indoor:  Ran in three meets for ISU...finished second in the mile with a personal best 4:22.47 at Mountain State Games...finished 12th at Husky Classic in the 800m with a 1:51.70...at the Big Sky Championships won the 800m in a time of 1:512.79.

ISU (2016-17)
Outdoor: Competed in a career high eight meets for the Bengals...opened the season in Las Vegas with personal records in the 1,500m (4:04.65) and 400m (50.43) events at the UNLV Invitational...qualified for the Stanford Invitational and placed third with a personal-record time of 1:49.71 in the 800m, which is the seventh-fastest mark in ISU history...set a personal record in the 400m (49.84) at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic...was invited to compete in the Mt. SAC Relays where he placed 50th in the 800m...finished third in the 800m (1:52.56) at the 2017 BYU Robison Invitational...represented ISU in two events at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing fifth in the 800m (1:51.96) and 10th in the 1,600m relay (3:21.28)...secured a spot in the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round and finished 31st in the 800m (1:51.79).  

Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Bengals...helped the 1,600m relay team win the Weber State Indoor Open title with a 3:29.81 finish and set a personal record in the mile (4:40.18)...won the Snake River Open 800m title with a personal-record finish of 1:52.32...set a personal record in the mile (4:39.72) at the MSU, ISU, WSU Dual Meet...won the Mountain State Games 800m title with a 1:52.11 finish and helped the DMR team place second (10:18.42)...placed second and earned all-conference honors in the 800m event of the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championship with the sixth-fastest time in Idaho State history (1:49.87).

Outdoor: Ran six meets for the Bengals...placed fifth with a personal-record time in the 800m (1:53.21) at the Utah Spring Classic...helped the 1,600m relay team win the 2016 Wildcat Outdoor Open title with a 3:19.48 finish...claimed fifth in the 2016 BYU Robison Invitational's 800m (1:55.39)...set a personal record en route to a fourth place finish in the 800m (1:51.72) of the Border Clash...represented ISU in two events at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing sixth in the 800m (1:53.63) and 11th in the 1,600m relay (3:19.48). 

Indoor: Ran six meets for ISU...opened the season with a personal record, second-place finish in the 800m (1:53.51) at the Snake River Open...helped the 1,600m relay team to a third-place finish (3:22.41) and placed 10th in the mile (4:42.62) at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...won the Mountain State Games 800m and 1,600m relay with times of 1:53.46 (PR) and 3:19.08 respectively...placed first in the 800m (1:54.12) and 1,600m relay (3:18.43) at the Boise State Challenge...claimed second and earned all-conference honors in the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships' 800m (1:53.90). 

ISU (2014-15)
Outdoor: Ran six meets for the Bengals...opened the season with a 10th-place finish in the 800m (1:55.37) at the 2015 UVU Collegiate Invitational...set a personal record in the 800m (1:54.53) event of the Utah Spring Classic...set a personal record in the 1,500m (4:13.68) at the Weber State Open...claimed fifth in the 800m event of the 2015 BYU Robison Invitation with a personal-record time of 1:53.75...finished sixth in the 800m of the Border Clash with a personal-record time of (1:53.46)...placed 22nd in the 800m (1:58.25) of the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship. 

Indoor: Ran six meets for the Bengals...opened the season with a personal record, fifth-place finish in the 800m (1:59.91) of the Snake River Open...finished seventh in the 800m (2:00.63) of the MSU Dual Meet Invitational...ran the Mountain State Games 2015 and placed third in the 800m (2:00.86) while setting a personal record in the DMR (10:21.47) to place second...set a personal record in the 800m (1:56.71) at the Jacksons/NB Boise Indoor Invite 2015...helped the 1,600m relay team to a second-place finish (3:22.64) at the Boise State Challenge...represented ISU at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships and placed third in the DMR (10:19.84).

ISU (2014-15) Competed with teammates KC Hunsicker, Corban Latimore and Ty James at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships in the 4,000-meter distance medley and finished third with a time of 10:19.84 (02/26)....placed 24th overall in the 1,500-meter run at the Weber State Open and earned a personal best time of 4:13.68 (04/11)....placed sixth in the 800-meter run at the Border Clash and earned a personal best time of 1:53.46 (05/01)....competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships and placed 22nd in the 800-meter preliminaries with a time of 1:58.25 (05/13).
