Idaho State: (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season at the UVU Collegiate Invitational. As part of the 4x400 team won with a time of 3:24.90... Finished third in the 400H at the 2019 Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a time of 53.28 seconds... At the 2019 Aggie Invitational finished second in the 400H running a personal best time of 53.23 in the 400H. Also set a new personal best in the 110H with a time of 15.33(1.2)... Won the 400H at the Montana State Open with a time of 52.84 seconds... At the 2019 BYU Robison Invitational, ran a personal best time of 52.40 in the 400H. The mark also earn the 7th fastest spot in the ISU record book... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In the 400H ran a personal best to finish with all-conference honors in 3rd with a time of 52.33 seconds. The mark earns the 9th fastest time in the ISU record book

Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals...Set a new personal record in the 60 hurdles in 8.63 seconds in Bozeman at the MSU Duals ... Set new personal record at the Weber State Invite in the 400 with a time of 50.80 and a 4th place finish... at the Jackson's invite set new personal records in the 400 and 60H with times of 50.36 and 8.60... podium finihsed third as part of the 4x400 team at the MSU Dual Invite No.2 

ISU (2017-18)
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for ISU... opened the season with at the 2018 UVU Collegiate Invitational where he posted personal bests in both the Javelin Throw with a distance of 50.29m and the 110 hurdles with a time of 16.28... In the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic posted a personal best time in the 100 of 11.83 ... Representing ISU at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships finished in 3rd place posting a personal best in the 400 Hurdles with a 53.76.

Indoor: competed in four meets for ISU...oepned the season with indoor bests in the 55m hurdles (8.25) and high jump (1.73m, 5'8")...at the Mountain State Games finished fourth in the heptathlon with a total of 4320, had indoor bests in the pole vault (3.60, 11'9.75") and long jump (6.18m, 20'3.5")...at the MSU Dual Meet #2 had an indoor best in the 400m (52.39) and ran on the 4x400m relay team finishing fourth with a time of 3:26.21...set a personal best in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships with a score of 4326 with personal bests in the 60m (7.56) and 1000m (2:50.79).

ISU (2016-17) Outdoor Opened the outdoor season with personal-record finishes of 51.84 in the 400m, 1.75m (5-8 3/4) in the high jump, 11.84 in the 100m dash and 10.12m (33-2 1/2) in the shot put...jumped 6.20m (20-4 1/4) for a personal record in the long jump at the 2017 UVU Collegiate Invitational...set a personal record in the discuss throw and 400m hurdles with marks of 30.90m (111-3) and 55.85 respectively at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...scored a personal record 5,802 points to finish fifth in the decathlon at the 2017 BYU Robison Invitation...set personal records in the 110m hurdles (16.40), pole vault (3.60m - 11-9 3/4) and javelin (45.34m - 148-9)...ran the 400m hurdles at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships and finished 12th with a time of 56.01. 

Indoor Competed in six meets...jumped a personal best 6.01m (19-8 3/4) in the long jump and 1.73m (5-8) in the high jump at the Weber State Indoor Open...threw a personal best 10.98m (36-0 1/4) in the shot put and set a personal best 9.02 second finish in the 60m hurdles at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...finished 11th with 3,979 points in his first heptathlon at the Snake River Open...helped the 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish (3:28.58) at the MSU, ISU, WSU Dual Meet...claimed third in the Mountain State Games heptathlon with a personal best 4,151 points after setting personal bests in the 1,000m (2:54.30), 60m dash (7.60) and pole vault (3.40m - 11-1 3/4)...helped the ISU 4x400m relay team to a 3:19.92, sixth-place finish at the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championship.
