ISU 2019-20:
Cross Country: A farwell to the Captain and leader of the Bengal Men, Allen opened the season at the 2019 Vivint Cross Country Invitational in Orem, Utah. Finished eighth in the 5K with a time of 16:14.1... At the Montana State Cross Country Classic, finished fifth in the 5M with a personal best time of 25:13.5... Won the Idaho State XC Invitational running the 6K course in a personal best 18:44.4... At the Arturo Barrios Invitational, finished 35th out of 226 runners with a personal best 8K time of 24:34.7...Represented Idaho State at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships,

Indoor: Opened the season at the 2020 Snake River Open finishing fourth in the 3,000m... At the Stacy Dragila Open, finished second with  a time of 4:18.64 in the mile... At the 2020 UW Invitational, set new personal bests in the Mile and 5,000m with times of 4:13.14 and 14:53.20 respectively... At the Mountain State games was a part of the winning DMR relay team... At the Big Sky Tuner, finished second in the mile... Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m, 3,000m and the DMR.


ISU 2018-19 
Indoor: At the Stacy Dragila Invite won the 3,000 with a time of 8:41.14 ... won the Mile at the MSU Duals with a time of 4:22.19... at the 2019 Jacksons Invitational finished third in the mile with a PR of 4:13.96 and finished second in the 3,000 with a PR of 8:30.56

Cross Country:Competed in six meets for the Bengals... Opened the season with a top-10 5th place at the Montana State University Cross Country Classic... During the SUU Color Country Invitational ran a personal best 18:45.8 in the 6K securing a 2nd place individual finish and helping the Bengals to a 1st place team finish... At the 2018 Big Sky Conference Championships ran a personal best 24:40.1 in the 8K for a 24th place finish.


ISU 2017-18
Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets for the Bengals... At the San Francisco State Distance Carnival set a new personal record in the 1500m of 3:54.21 finishing 19th out of 131 participants, and another personal best of 15:18.89 in the 5000m... Placed 5th at the BYU Robison Invitational in the 800m.

Cross Country:Competed in seven meets for the Bengals... Opened the season with a personal best 16:33.1 in the 3M at the UVU meet... During the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational  ran a personal best in the 5M with a time of 25:33.4 ... Ran a personal best 18:59.9 in the 6k at the SUU Color Country Invitational... 1st place finished the 5.6K at the Idaho State Invitational with a time of 18:35.6 ... At the Big Sky Conference XC Championships ran a personal best time of 25:31.6 in the 8K... Representing Idaho State at the NCAA Division 1 Mountain Region Cross Country Championships ran a personal best 10k of 32:09.7

ISU 2016-17:
Outdoor:Competed in six outdoor meets for the Bengals...Set a personal record in the 1,500m with a 3:56.79 finish at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic...Finished 12th in the 800m race with a personal record of 1:52.77 at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets for ISU...Set a personal record in the mile with a 4:25.99 finish at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...Reset his personal record in the 3,000m with an 8:55.43 finish at the Snake River Open...Finished fifth in the DMR at the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Cross Country:Competed in six meets for the Bengals...finished 16th (6th ISU finisher) in the Idaho State Invitational 6K with a time of 20:31.0...finished 177th (5th ISU finisher) at the 31st annual Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 28:03.0 in the 8K...placed 53rd in the 8K at the 2016 Big Sky Conference Championships at the 26:34.9 mark

ISU 2015-16: Competed in six outdoor meets...Set a personal record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a 10:28.96 finish at the 2016 UVU Collegiate Invite...Crossed the line at 4:07.78 in the 1,500m for a personal record...Set a personal record in the 800m with a 1:55.60 mark at the Border Clash.

Indoor: Competed in three meets...Set personal record in the mile at the Mountain State Games with a 4:32.25 finish...Set personal record in the 800m with a 2:02.91 finish.

High School: Competed in cross country and lettered three years while earning All-State honors...Competed in track and lettered all four years...Set high school's record in the indoor 1,600m event...Ranked 4th in the state in the 1,600m, 3,200m, and 3,200m relay events.

Personal: Born November 26, 1996 ... parents are Pat and Amy ... has a brother Jacques and four sisters Katherine, Kylie, Peighton and Isabella ... education major...
