Cross Country: Opened the 2019 season at the Vivint Invitational. Finished seventh in the 5K with a time of 16:13.9...  At the Idaho State XC Invitational, finished fifth with a personal best time of 19:09.8 in the 6K... At the 2019 Arturo Barrios Invitational, finished 32nd out of 226 runners with a personal best 8K time of 24:29.7...Represented Idaho State at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships,

Indoor: Opened the season winning the mile at the Snake River Open. In the 800m set a PR with a time of 2:06.28 to finish third... Won the 3,000m at the Stacy Dragila Open with a time of 8:48.39... At the MSU Dual Invite, finished fourth in the 3,000m with a time of 8:57.37... Set a new personal best finishing third in the 3,000m at the Mountain State Games...Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m. 

Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the Mike Fanelli Classic running a personal best time in the 10,000m with a time of 30:46.14 seconds to finish with the 10th fastest time in the ISU record-book... At the Montana State Open, ran a personal best time of 4:09.53 in the 1,500m... Finished third in the 5,000m at the BYU Robison invitational with a time of 15:14.71... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000m.

Indoor:

ISU (2017-18):
Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets for ISU... At the San Francisco State Distance Carnival ran a personal best time of 14:52.48 in the 5000m, finished 59th out of 225 participants... At the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:01.15 ... During the Mt. SAC Relays ran a personal best in the 10,000m with time of 31:28.67 ... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships finishing 12th in the 10,000m and 35th in the 5000m

(2016-17):
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for ISU...placed third in the 10K (32:31.00) at the UNLV Invitational...set a personal record in the 10K (32:23.96) at the San Francisco State Distance arnival...ran his first 1,500m at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational and finished fifth (4:09.60)...placed fourth in the 10K at the BYU Robison Invitational...set personal records in the 5K (15:54.98) and 10K (31:51.88) at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Indoor: Ran in five meets for the Bengals...began his career with a fourth-place, personal-best finish in the mile (4:35.71) at the Weber State Indoor Open...placed eighth in the 3K (9:10.98) of the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...set a personal record in the Snake River Open's 3K, placing ninth with a time of 8:57.02...ran his first 5K at the Mountain State Games and finished ninth (15:52.64) with a fifth-place, personal-record finish in the 3K (8:53.19)...represented ISU in the 5K at the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships and placed 13th with a personal-record time of 15:38.82.

High School: Graduated from Mountain View High School in 2016...lettered seven times between cross country and track and field...earned two team cross country championships...awarded academic honors in eight semesters.
