Idaho State (2020-2021)
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals…During the 2021 Aggie Invitational a new personal best was set in the 1500m with a time of 3:58 to take sixth overall…At the 2021 BYU Robison Invitational he set a personal record in the mile running 4:20.40… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships competing in the 5000m and 10000m which he finished 14^th with a time of 31:49.86.
Indoor: Competed at the Bobcat Special in Bozeman, Mont. In the 5000m finishing with a time of 15:49.73 for third place.

Idaho State (2019-20)
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
Indoor: Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m

Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic running a personal best time of 14:25.73 in the 5,000m to finish 34th out of 226. The mark places him at No. 6 all-time in the event... At the Aggie Invitational finished fourth in the 1,500m with a time of 4:03.82... At the Mt. SAC Relays, ran a personal best time of 29:37.58 to finish 31st in the 10,000m. The mark earns him the second fastest spot all-time in the event... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Finished 4th in the 10,000m with a time of 30:31.38.
Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Bengals...Finished third in the Mile at the Stacy Dragila Open running a personal best time of 4:24.25... won the 5,000m at the Jackson's Invite with a personal best time of 14:36.59. The mark puts him at fourth all-time in the ISU record books. Won the 3000 with a personal best time of 8:29.31... Representing ISU at the 2019 Indoor Track and Field Championships, finished sixth in the 3,000m with a time of 8:39.78 and fifth in the 5,000 with a time of 14:53.84

Idaho State
(2017-18):
Outdoor: Ran in four outdoor meets in 2018... Opened the season running a personal best in the 5000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carvinal with a time of 14:38.38 finishing 26th out of 225 participants... At the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic ran a personal best 2:00.40 in the 800m and another personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:05.55 ... During the Mt. SAC Relays ran a personal best time of 30:13.72 in the 10,000m finishing in 7th... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships where in the 10,000m placed 5th overall.


(2016-17):
Outdoor: Ran six meets for ISU...opened the season with a 14th-place finish in the 1,500m (4:11.80) at the UNLV Invitational...completed his first 10K at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival with a time of 31:32.95...ran the 5K event of the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic and picked up his first top-10 finish in ninth place (15:56.21)...placed sixth in the 1,500m event (4:15.62) of the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...earned his first podium finish with a third-place effort in the 10K (32:33.77) of the BYU Robison Invitational...represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships and earned personal records in the 5K (15:02.04) and 10K (30:51.90) with an eighth-place effort in the 10K.


High School: Graduated from American Fork High School in 2016...earned four letters in cross country...led his team to a state championship in 2014 and a second-place finish at nationals in 2015...earned third-team all-state honors...competed and lettered in track and field for three seasons.

Personal: Born January 8, 1998...parents are James and Colleen...has six sisters: Becca, Rachael, Juli, Christa, Sara and Hannah...has three brothers James, John and Daniel...majoring in statistics while seeking a minor in chemistry.
