Idaho State: (2014-15) Placed seventh overall in the 800-meter run at the UVU Collegiate Invitational and earned a personal best time of 1:53.70 (03/27)....earned a career best at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival in the 1,500-meter with an 11th place finish and time of 3:51.35 (04/03)....placed fourth in the mile at the BYU Robison Invitational and earned a personal best time of 4:11.54 (04/22)....placed third in the 3,000-meter run at the Boise State Challenge and earned a personal best time of 8:42.99 (02/14)....competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships and finished tenth in the 1,500-meter with a time of 3:56.52 (05/13).

Idaho State: (2011-12) Competed in the 10,000m at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) ... had a career best 10,000m time of 31:17.25 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival .... finished first with a career best time of 15:37.59 in the 5000m at the BYU Robison Invitational (04/28) ... ran a career best mile of 4:24.47 at the Big Sky Championships (02/24) ... finished third in the men's 5000m with a time of 15:31.04 at the Jackson's Invitational (01/27)

High School: Graduated fromm Natrona High School ... ran cross country as well as track and field for three years ... was all state cross country in 2009 and 2010 ... holds high school records in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m.
