Idaho State: (2014-15) Competed at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships and placed first with a personal best heptathlon score of 5,377 points, which ranks third best in school history (02/26)....placed first in the decathlon at the Northridge Invitational and earned a personal best score of 7,116 points, which ranks ninth in school history, placed third in the discus and earned a personal best mark of 36.85 meters (03/20)....competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships and placed first with a decathlon score of 6,904 points (05/13)....competed at the NCAA West Regional Preliminary Championships and finished 32nd overall with a 400-meter hurdle time of 52.71 (05/28).

Idaho State: (2013-14) Finished third overall with a career best 7165 points in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/17)....placed second at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a heptathlon score of 5356 (03/01)

Idaho State: (2011-12): Finished sixth with a career best 6828 points in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) ... finished third with a time of 52.99 in the 400m hurdles at the Big Sky Championships (05/14) ... finished fifth with a career best 5,038 points in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Championships (02/24) ... placed first in the men's 1000m run with a time of 2:36.09 at the Big Sky Championships (02/24) ... ran a career best 2:34.84 at the Mountain States Games and place first (02/04)

High School: Played football and ran track and field at Pocatello High School... Was an all-area defensive back and a member of the all-conference track squad... Won state titles in the triple jump and the 300-meter hurdles at Pocatello High School... Graduated with honors.
