Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In his final outdoor season, Ryan Spaeth continued to be a cornerstone of Idaho State’s throws squad. At the Utah Valley Collegiate Invitational (03/28/25), he achieved a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 16.51m (54'2"), placing 5th, and recorded a season-best in the hammer throw at 52.33m (171'8"), finishing 6th. Earlier in the season, at the Buc Scoring meet (03/20/25), Spaeth secured 2nd place in the shot put (15.34m/50'4") and 3rd in the hammer throw (51.25m/168'2"). His consistent performances throughout the season solidified his position among the top throwers in the Big Sky Conference. 

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): Spaeth had a standout indoor season, culminating in a personal best shot put of 16.82m (55'2.25") at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/27/25), where he placed 7th. Throughout the season, he consistently improved his marks, including a 16.69m (54'9.25") throw at the Mountain States Games (02/14/25) for 2nd place, and a 16.41m (53'10.25") effort at the Stacy Dragila Open (02/07/25), securing 3rd place.

Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Competed in seven meets… started the year at the UVU Collegiate Invitational finishing 7th in shot put and 5th in hammer throw (03/29/24)... competed at the Weber State Spring Classic, Pacific Coast Invitational and the Beach Invitational… threw a personal best in hammer throw (52.79m/173’ 2”) at the Bengal Invitational (04/27/24)... finished 5th in shot put at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship (05/11/24)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Opened the year throwing personal best in shot put (16.46m/54’ 0”) and weight throw (53’ 6.25”) at the Snake River Open (01/12/24)... had a pair of top-five finishes at the Stay Dragila Open in weight throw (5th) and shot put (2nd) (01/26/24)... ended the season competing at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championship in shot put and weight throw (02/24/24)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Competed in shot put at the Pacific Coast Invitational and the Beach Invitational… had a pair of top-ten finishes at the BYU Robison Invitational in shot put and hammer throw (04/22/23)... ended the year finishing 14th in shot put at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting (05/13/23)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Competed shot put and weight throw for the Bengals… finished 6th in shot put at the Bobcat Challenge (01/21/23)... had a good performance at the Stacy Dragila Open finishing 6th in shot put and 5th in weight throw (01/28/23)... competed at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships and placed 12th in weight throw and 11th in shot put (02/25/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2022): Opened the year competing at the IVI Collegiate Invitational in shot put and hammer throw (04/01/22)... had a pair of top-ten finishes at the BYU Robison Invitational in hammer throw (10th) and shot put (9th) (04/23/22)... ended the year at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships placing 16th in shot put (05/14/22)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2021-22): Competed shot put and weight throw in six meets… opened the year placing 7th in shot put and 6th in weight throw at the Snake River Open (01/15/22)... competed at the Bobcat Performance, Stacy Dragila Open, and Mtn States Games… ended his season competing in shot put at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships (02/26/22)… named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.
