Colton Keintz has been working as a Sports Information Assistant with the Idaho State Athletic Department since June of 2023. His main focus has been Track & Field and the Cross-Country program, but has helped Jon and Ryan in all sports across campus. Keintz is also pursuing his master’s degree in Communications here at Idaho State University (ISU). Â
Before ISU, Colton spent his time in Missoula, Montana. He attended the University of Montana and was a member of the football program from August 2017 to 2021. He also worked at the University of Montana as a Sports Information Intern. Keintz graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor's of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.Â
Colton grew up in Missoula, Montana, and he is the son of Kelly Keintz and Jamie Merifield. He attended Big Sky High School where he was a two-time letterman in both football and track! Colton is now married to his wife Sara and they reside here in Pocatello, Idaho!
