Outdoor: At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational set a new personal best in the 1500m running a time of 3:57.56... Finished third in the 800m at the Aggie Invitational running a time of 1:56.66... Finished third in the 1,500m with a time of 4:03.07 at the Montana State Open... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In the 800m, ran a personal best time of 1:54.18.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Bengals...In his first race of the season he was able to post a new personal best of 1:57.11 since joining the Bengals ...at the Jackson's Invite ran a personal best 800m with a time of 1:55.02 to finish third... at the MSU Dual Invite No.2 set a personal best time of 4:27.08 in the mile... At the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships ran a time of 10:17.39 as part of the DMR and finished fourth.
