Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): Zachary Cox delivered a strong indoor season, highlighted by a first-place finish in the 60m hurdles at the Mountain States Games (02/14/25), where he clocked 8.06 seconds in the preliminaries and 8.11 seconds in the finals. He also competed in the 200m, recording a time of 22.87 seconds at the same meet. At the Big Sky Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/27/25), Cox participated in the 60m hurdles.

Idaho State Outdoor (2024): During the outdoor season, Cox continued to showcase his versatility. He achieved a personal best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 52.42 seconds at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (05/11/24), securing 2nd place. In the 110m hurdles, he recorded a season-best of 14.15 seconds at the same meet, finishing 5th. Cox was also a key member of the 4x400m relay team, contributing to a time of 3:14.65 at the Bengal Invitational (04/26/24), which ranks 3rd all-time in Idaho State history



Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Competed in five meets… started the year at the Stanford Invitational (03/30/24)... ran well at the Aggie Invitational in the 4x400m and 4x100m placing 1st in both relays (04/20/24)... had a strong showing at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship placing 8th in the 4x400m relay, 3rd in the 110m hurdles, and 2nd in the 400m hurdles (05/11/24)... named to the All Conference Team (110m Hurdles and 400m Hurdles)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Ran personal bests in the 55m (6.74s) and 55m hurdles (7.49s) at the Weber State Invitational (01/20/24)... ran another personal best at the Riverfront Invitational & Multis in the 200m (22.25s) (02/03/24)... capped the season off with a 2nd place finish in the 60m hurdles at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championship (02/24/24)... No. 7 on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for the 55m Hurdles (7.49s)... No. 2 on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for the 60m Hurdles (7.86s)... named to the All Conference Team (60m Hurdles).

Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Competed in nine meets… ran at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, Bobcat Invitational and the Utah-WSU Spring Classic… finished 5th at the Pacific Coast Invitation in the 100m hurdles (04/13/23)... ran a personal best in the 400m hurdles (51.31s) at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting securing 1st place (05/13/23)... ended the year running the 110m hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (05/27/23)... broke his personal record and is now No. 3 on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for the 400m Hurdles (51.31s)... moved himself up to No. 5 on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for the 110m Hurdles (14.02s)... named to the All Conference Team (Hurdles and 4x400m Relay).     

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Started the year running a personal best in the 60m hurdles (7.86s) that helped secure a 1st place finish at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational (01/14/23)... ran another personal best in the 60m (7.13s) at the Bobcat Performance (02/10/23)... rounded out the year at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships placing 5th in the 60m hurdles (02/25/23).

Idaho State Outdoor (2022): Ran in seven meets for the Bengals… at the UVU Collegiate Invitational he places 1st in the 400m hurdles (04/01/22)... had a stellar performance at the Pacific Coast Invitational with three top-five finishes in the 4x100m relay, 110m hurdles, and400m hurdles (04/14/22)... ended the year at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships finishing 2nd in the 110m hurdles (13.84s) (05/14/22)... No.8 on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for the 110m Hurdles (14.15s)... No.7 on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for the 400m Hurdles (52.09s). 

Idaho State Indoor (2021-22): Competed in six meets… had a strong start to the season finishing 3rd in the 400m, 1st in 60m hurdles and 1st in the 4x400m relay at the Snake River Open (01/15/22)... recorded a personal best in the 400m (49.76s) and secured a 1st place finish at the Mtn States Games (02/12/22)... ended the year with a pair of top-ten finishes in the 4x400m relay and to 60m hurdles at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships (02/26/22).
