Biography

Idaho State: (2010) Earned a team-best 11 wins (11-24) … had a 4.57 era in 205.1 innings and 45 appearances … had a season-best seven strikeouts against Northern Iowa and at Seattle on April 11 … earned Pacific Coast Conference Softball League Mountain Division Honorable Mention all-league honors … became the program’s all-time leader in strikeouts as she currently has 289 going into her senior season.

(2009): Set school records for wins with 16, starts with 27, appearances with 35, complete games with 25, innings with 211.2, and strikeouts with 146...pitched all 10 innings with nine strikeouts with a 5-3 win over the College of Idaho...threw her second career shutout with a three-hitter over Northern Colorado, striking out four without walking a batter...earned a win in relief with four innings of three-hit ball over North Dakota...was four outs away from a no-hitter, finishing with a career low two-hitter as ISU defeated Saint Mary's 3-1...allowed no earned runs in an 8-2 win over Central Connecticut...pitched five innings of two-hit ball in relief in an eventual loss to Utah State, striking out eight...also picked up her first four career hits on the season, including two against Northern Colorado, a game in which she also drove in a career-best two runs as well.

2008: Led the team in appearances with 21, and was 3-3 with a save and a 4.80 ERA...pitched three innings allowing just one run for her first career save...threw 2.2 innings of scoreless relief in a win over Eastern Oregon, and then threw a three-hit shutout in the nightcap...came in relief against Great Falls and allowed just two hits in 4.1 innings for her third win.

2007: Saw action in the circle in four games, starting the season opener...went 0-2 with a 9.13 ERA...also started one game at first base...suffered a season-ending injury and missed the final 33 games...scored against UC Riverside and Arizona State.

Mt. Si HS: Lettered in softball for three years at Mt. Si High School...helped Mt. Si to the KingCo Tournament Championship in 2005, and to the Washington state title game in 2004...named First Team All-League as a pitcher, going 16-7 in 2005 with a 0.46 ERA, throwing 151 innings while striking out 209 and walking just 18.

Personal: Parents are Gary and Marsha Clesson...Graduated in political science with a minor in international business … currently taking graduate classes in the athletic administration program ... her birth date is October 18, 1987.
