Venus Yong Idaho State (2025-26): Appeared in eight of Idaho State's 10 tournaments... posted a season-low 74 in the third round of the UM Sun Mountain Invitational... best tournament of the season was the MSU Yellowstone Invitational with a 54-hole total of 231... finished the season with a scoring average of 82.46 per round... recorded 23 birdies on the year.

Personal: Venus grew up in Kuantan Pahang, Malaysia and started taking golf seriously in 8th grade. With hard work and dedication Venus was the state player in Malaysia since 8th grade and represented her state in the Malaysian Games (Sukma). Her parents are Wendy and Yong Sai and she has a brother, Bryan, who shares the same passion and is a NAIA golfer in Iowa.
