Angela Walker enters her first season as an assistant coach following a five-year tennis career with the Bengals.

Idaho State: (2021) Posted a 7-5 record in singles play with a 2-1 record in BSC play ...  was 9-6 on the season in doubles play ... partnered with Hana Cho for a 2-2 record ... went 2-1 with Cho in BSC play at the No. 2 position ... went 3-0 with Megan Lang-Gould ... held a 4-4 record with Alexandra Arkhipov. 

Idaho State: (2019-20) Was 7-4 in singles play ... four wins came at No. 5 singles, two at No. 4 and one at No. 3 ... named Big Sky Conference Player of the Week on January 29 ... was 6-3 in doubles play with Alexandra Arkhipov ... all six wins came at No. 2 doubles. 

(2018-19) Was 12-7 in singles play and 6-4 in Big Sky Conference matches ... finished 7-3 over her last 10 matches. 

(2018) Ranked second on the team in singles wins with 12…finished the year with a 12-10 overall record including a 6-5 mark in Big Sky play…posted a 2-0 record at No. 3 singles, a 1-4 record at No. 5 singles and a 9-6 record at No. 6 singles…finished 1-2 in doubles play with an 0-1 mark in Big Sky competition.

(2017) Posted an even 8-8 singles record on the season with a 7-2 mark in conference play…finished 1-1 overall at No. 5 singles with a 7-7 mark at No. 6 singles.

High School: Graduated in 2016 from Carson Graham High School…three-sport high school athlete in tennis, volleyball and basketball…four-year varsity tennis player, earning two-straight provincial girls singles MVP honors in 2014 and 2015…also placed first in the provincial tournament in girls singles three-straight seasons (2013-15)…in 2016, ranked 11th in women’s open singles and fourth in women’s open doubles in British Columbia, Canada…named the Carson Graham High School Athlete of the Year four years in a row…Honor Roll student.

Personal: Daughter of Fabio and Amy Walker…both father and mother played tennis at Texas Tech University…father Fabio is a former professional tennis player…grandfather Jim Walker played basketball for the University of British Columbia…has one sister, Alex…graduated with bachelor's degree in elementary education... currently pursuing MBA.
