Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In the 2025 outdoor season, Allie Lemons demonstrated her versatility across multiple distance events. At the Bengal Invitational (May 2–3), she secured first place in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal best of 11:44.59. Earlier in the season, she achieved a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:59.46 at the Ed Jacoby Twilight (April 25), where she also competed in the 800m, finishing in 2:30.97. At the Utah Spring Classic (April 12), Lemons placed third in the 5000m, recording a personal best of 18:42.87. These performances highlight her growth and adaptability in various distance events.

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Lemons continued to make strides in her distance running. She achieved a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 10:50.66 at the Snake River Open (January 16–17). At the Mountain States Games (February 14–15), she recorded a personal best in the mile, finishing in 5:29.10, and also competed in the 5000m, posting a time of 18:42.41. Her consistent performances indoors set a solid foundation for her outdoor season.

Idaho State Cross Country (2024): In the 2024 cross country season, Lemons was a key contributor to the Bengals' success. She placed 8th at the Big Sky Preview Meet (September 20) with a 6K time of 18:28.0. At the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (October 4), she completed the 5K in 18:06.1. Lemons concluded the season by helping Idaho State achieve a 4th place finish at the Big Sky Conference Championships (November 1), marking the team's best performance since 2014.
