Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In the 2025 outdoor season, Annabell Gossel focused on the 3000m steeplechase. She achieved a personal best of 12:00.19 at the UVU Collegiate Invitational on March 29, 2024, securing first place in the event. This performance highlighted her potential in the steeplechase as she continues to develop in this discipline.

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Gossel competed in multiple middle-distance events. She recorded a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:29.81 and in the mile with 5:22.97 at the Stacy Dragila Open on January 26, 2024. Additionally, she achieved a personal best in the 3000m, clocking 10:52.47 at the Mountain States Games on February 10, 2024.

Idaho State Cross Country (2024): In the 2024 cross country season, Gossel competed in the 5K at the LC State Invite on October 19, 2024, finishing with a time of 19:05.0. Her participation contributed to the team's overall performance during the season.

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Competed in three meets during the indoor season… opened the year running personal bests in the 800m (2:29.81s) and the mile (5:22.97s) at the Stacy Dragila Open (01/26/24)... ran another personal best in the 3,000m (10:52.47s) at the Mtn States Games (02/10/24).
