Utah State: Ran track and field for Utah State University during the 2008-09 season … named a scholar-athlete in 2008.

Bonneville High School: Earned three varsity letters in track and field as well as cross country at Bonneville High School … two in basketball and one in volleyball … received Mid-Atlantic Prep League honors in 2005 ... named honorable mention for track and field in 2005 … named Idaho District Six Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2006 … named 2006 Post Register all-area first-team in cross country … received second-team High Country Conference honors in cross country in 2006 … member of state track and field champion team in 2005 as well as member of state champion 4x800 and 4x100 teams … member of the state champion 4x200 relay team in 2006 and the 4x400 relay team in 2007 … Mercersburg Academy honor student in 2004.
