Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Had action in four meets… had three top-ten finishes at the BYU Robison Invitational - 4x400m relay (5th), 4x100m relay (6th) and the heptathlon (7th) (04/22/23)... finished the year at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting and placed 6th in the heptathlon (4,491), a personal best - while also earning personal best in 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200m, long jump, and 800m (05/13/23)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Competed in six indoor meets… earned a personal best score in the pentathlon (2,614) at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational (01/14/23)... had three top-ten finishes high jump (9th), 60m hurdles (6th), and 4x400m relay (5th) at the Bobcat Challenge (01/21/23)... ran a personal best in the preliminary round in to 60m hurdles (9.79s) at the Bobcat Performance (02/10/23)... ended the season at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships  placing 8th in the 4x400m relay (02/25/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2022): Opened the year earning a personal best in the 400m (1:00.24s) at the BYU Robison Invitational (04/23/22).

Idaho State Indoor (2021-22): Competed in three meets for the Bengals… in the 200m, 400m, and the 4x400m relay… opened the year finishing 8th in the 400m at the Snake River Open (01/15/22)... also competed at the Stacy Dragila Open and Mtn States Games…named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.
