Biography

Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In her freshman outdoor season, Gracee Alders emerged as a versatile and dynamic athlete for the Bengals, competing in sprints, hurdles, jumps, relays, and multi-events. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 14–17, 2025), she placed 8th in the heptathlon with a personal-best score of 4,451 points. Her heptathlon performance included a 100m hurdles time of 14.71 seconds (2.1 m/s wind), a high jump of 1.52m (4'11.75"), a long jump of 5.15m (16'10.75"), a shot put throw of 8.86m (29'1"), a javelin throw of 22.90m (75'1"), a 200m time of 26.10 seconds (-0.4 m/s wind), and an 800m time of 2:26.28. 
Throughout the outdoor season, Alders demonstrated consistent improvement. She achieved personal bests in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.71 seconds at the Big Sky Championships and in the long jump with a mark of 5.38m (17'8") at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate. In the 4x100m relay, she contributed to the team's season-best time of 47.28 seconds at the Bengal Invitational (May 2–3, 2025), and in the 4x400m relay, she helped the team achieve a season-best time of 3:49.70 at the Big Sky Championships. 

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Alders continued to showcase her versatility. At the Mountain States Games (Feb 14–15, 2025), she achieved a personal-best pentathlon score of 3,442 points, placing 7th in the Big Sky Conference rankings. Her performance included a 60m hurdles time of 9.05 seconds, a high jump of 1.50m (4'11"), a long jump of 5.34m (17'6.25"), a shot put throw of 9.95m (32'7.75"), and an 800m time of 2:26.23. 
In the 4x400m relay, Alders was part of the team that clocked a time of 3:49.09 at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb 27–Mar 1, 2025), placing 7th and ranking 7th all-time in Idaho State history.

Personal: Besides track and field, Gracee also excelled on the soccer field and on the basketball court. Gracee knows how to play the piano and the guitar, and even knows how to weld.
