Idaho State: (2014-15) Competed in eight meets for the Bengals.....competed and finished 17th in the NCAA West Regional semifinals with a 400-meter hurdle time of 59.73 (05/28)....placed second in the 400-meter hurdles and broke the school record with a personal best time of 58.60 (05/13)....placed first in the 400-meter hurdles at the UVU Collegiate Invitational and finished with a time of 59.97 (03/27).

Idaho State: (2011-12) Set the school record and won the women's 400m hurdles with a time of 59.41 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) ... competed in the women's 400m hurdles at the NCAA West Regionals (05/24) ... had a career best time of 14.62 in the 100m hurdles at the Big Sky Championships (05/14) ... finished sixth in the 400m with a time of 56.46 at the Big Sky Championships (02/24) ... competed in the 60m hurdles at the Big Sky Championships (02/24) ... finished second with a career best time of 9.05 in the 60m hurdles at the ISU Open (02/10) ... finished fourth with a career best time of 8.42 in the 55m hurdles at the Montana State Dual (01/20) ... had a career best time in the 200m of 25.70 at the Jackson's Invitational (01/27)

Idaho State: (2010-11) Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons ... relay team placed third with a time of 3:48.23  in the 4X400m at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (02/26) ... placed third in the 4000m medley relay with a time of 11:55.15 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (02/26) ... placed third with a time of 1:00.33 in the women's 400mH at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) ... competed in the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round ... was named Big Sky All-Academic for both the indoor and outdoor seasons

Minico High School:  Participated in track and field for four years and volleyball for three at Minico High School … named first team in volleyball her senior season and best defensive player her junior year … member of the Minico girls’ track and field team that finished fourth at state … volleyball team went to state her senior year … graduated in the top eight of her class … National Honor Society member … Key Service Club President her senior year.

Personal:  Parents are Steve and Kelly Worthington … born May 10, 1992 … has two brothers, McCoy and Skyler … brother McCoy played baseball for Midland Lutheran University … major is undecided.
