Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the 2025 indoor season, Kaila Medeiros showcased her versatility in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Championships. She achieved a career-best score of 3,469 points, placing sixth overall. A highlight of her performance was winning the pentathlon long jump with a personal best of 5.82 meters (19'1.25"), a mark that ranks fourth all-time in Idaho State history.

Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In the outdoor season, Medeiros contributed to the Bengals' success in relay events. She was part of the 4x400-meter relay team, alongside Gracee Alders, Morgan Graham, and anchor Anise Becker, that secured a second-place finish with a time of 3:52.49 at the Utah Spring Classic. At the Ed jaoby Twilight meet on April 17, Mederios claimed the Idaho State long jump record breaking the previous set 37 years ago with a jump of 6.09m (19' 11.75").

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Ran a personal best in the 400m (1:03.21s) at the Weber State Invitational (01/20/24)... finished 7th in the pentathlon while earning personal best in high jump (1.50m/4’ 11”) and long jump (5.58m/18’ 3.75”) at the Mtn States Games (02/10/24)... ended the season earning a personal best score in the pentathlon (3,097) at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championship to secure a 9th place finish (02/24/24)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Started the season running a personal best in the 400m hurdles (1:11.33s) at the Utah-WSU Spring Classic (04/08/23)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Competed in six meets for the Bengals… most of her events included long jump, 4x400m relay, 60m hurdles and the pentathlon… excelled at the Bobcat Challenge placing 5th in the 60m hurdles and 4x400m relay and 3rd in long jump (01/21/23)... ran a personal best at the Bobcat Performance in the 60m hurdles (9.07s) where she ended up placing 3rd (02/10/23)... ended the season at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships placing 15th in long jump (02/25/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.
