Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In her final outdoor season, Katelyn Dickemore delivered a series of standout performances across multiple throwing events. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (May 14–17), she secured the conference title in the javelin with a throw of 44.01m (144'5"), placed 5th in the discus with a mark of 47.00m (154'2"), and finished 7th in the shot put with a distance of 13.87m (45'6.25"). Her javelin performance earned her a spot at the NCAA West Region First Round, where she threw 41.29m (135'5") to place 43rd in the region . Earlier in the season, Dickemore achieved a personal best in the javelin with a throw of 48.88m (160'4") at the Bengal Invitational (May 2–3), ranking her 2nd all-time in Idaho State history for the event . She also recorded a season-best discus throw of 47.71m (156'6") at the same meet

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Dickemore focused on the shot put. She achieved a personal best of 13.88m (45'6.5") at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (Feb 27–Mar 1), placing 5th in the event. This mark ranks her 9th all-time in Idaho State history for the indoor shot put .



Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Continued a great season by earning a personal best in javelin (45.76m/150’1”) that helped secure a 2nd place finish at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (03/29/24)... earned another personal best in discus (48.05m/157’ 8”) at the Beach Invitational (04/13/24)... over the next two weeks she secured six top-5 finishes (shot put- two/ discus- two / javelin- two)... ended the year placing 8th in shot put, 7th in javelin, and 6th in discus at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship (05/11/24)... No 8. on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for Javelin (45.76m/150’ 1.5”)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): In her best season for the Bengals she competed in six meets all in shot put… placed 2nd at the Snake RIver Open (01/12/24), 4th at the Weber State Invitational (01/20/24), 3rd at the Stacy Dragila Open (01/26/24) and 6th at the Mtn States Games (02/10/24)... to cap off a great season she finished 7th throwing a personal best (13.58m/44’ 6.75”) at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championship (02/24/24)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Started the year with a pair of top-ten finishes in shot put and discus at the Utah-WSU Spring Classic (04/08/23)... had another pair of top-ten finishes in shot put and discus at the BYU Robison Invitational (04/22/23)... ended the year 7th in shot put (13.44m/44’ 1.25”) and 7th in discus (44.95m/147’ 6”) at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track Meeting (05/13/23)… named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Finished 3rd in shot put at the Bobcat Challenge (01/14/23)... earned a personal best in the weight throw (12.95m/42’ 6”) and placed 3rd in shot put at the Stacy Dragila Open (01/28/23)... ended the year at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships finishing 8th in shot put (13.42m/44’ 0.5”) (02/25/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2022): Had action in seven meets in the outdoor season… placed 9th in shot put and 8th in javelin at the Aggie Invitational (04/09/22)... finished 6th in discus and also competed in shot put placing 14th  at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships… named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.  

Idaho State Indoor (2021-22): Competed in four meets in weight throw and shot put… placed 2nd in shot put and competed in weight throw in her first meet as a Bengal at the Snake River Open (01/15/22)... placed 3rd in shot put at the Bobcat Performance (01/21/22)... finished the year at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships placing 15th in shot put (02/26/22)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Hamilton High School: Athletics: All-State selection (shot put and discus) both sophomore and senior year, Discus State Champion, All-Conference nominee in both volleyball and basketball; Academics: Earned high honor roll and named Academic All-State

Personal: Katelyn is originally from Montana and she is here in Pocatello majoring in Secondary Education. Her parents are Kathy and Chad Dickemore and she has three siblings, Josh, Cole, and Nellie.
