Indoor: Opened the season at the 2022 Snake River Open College with a time of 2:20.02 minutes in the 800m... At the 2022 Mtn States Games finished with a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 10:18:19 minutes... 

Idaho State (2020-21)
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals…Earned a personal best in the 1500m at the ISU Bengal Invitational finishing third with a time of 4:43.98, also finished fifth in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 11:09.94…Set a new personal best at the BYU Robison Invitational in the mile with a time of 5:02.36…Competed at the OSU High Performance Meet finishing first in the 3000 steeplechase with a new personal best time of 10:44.11… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase finishing sixth overall with a time of 10:56.27.
Indoor: Did not compete in the 2021 season.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
Indoor: Opened the season at the Snake River Open finishing second in the 800m with a personal best time of 2:24.54... At the Stacy Dragila Open, recorded a personal best in the Mile... Ran a persona best time of 10:58.55 in the 3,000m at the MSU Dual Invite... At the Mountain State Games ran a personal best time of 5:17.65 in the mile... Finished fourth in the mile at the Big Sky Tuner meet... Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the DMR finishing 5th overall with a combined time of 12:05.88.

Roosevelt HS: High school record holder in the 5k, 3200m,1600m, 800m, and 4x800m.
