Indoor: Opened the season at the Snake River Open finishing second in the 400m and in the 4x400... At the Stacy Dragila Open won the 200m with a personal best time of 25.59 seconds. Also won the 400m with a time of 58.51... Finished third in the 400m at the MSU Dual Invite... At the Mountain State Games, finihsed second in the 200m with a time of 25.10... Won the 200m at the Big Sky Tuner with a time of 25.63 seconds, also won the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:55.46...Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 200m and the 4x400 relay. Earned all conference honors as part of the third-place 4x400 relay team. Their time of 3:48.61 is third best in ISU history. Set a new personal best finishing 6th in the 200m with a time of 24.77 seconds. The time is 7th fastest  all-time in the ISU record-book.


Idaho State University (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the UVU Collegiate Invitational finishing third in the 400m with a time of 58.08 seconds... At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, set a new personal best in the 200m with a time of 25.49 seconds... Was part of the winning 4x100 team at the 2019 Aggie Invitational running a time of 47.87 seconds... At the Montana State Open, won the 400m with a time of 58.24 seconds. Was also part of the winning 4x100 team with a time of 48.12 seconds... At the BYU Robison Invitational, ran a personal best time of 24.96 seconds in the 200m. Finished sixth in the 400m with a personal best time of 57.14... Representing ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finished 6th as part of the 4x100 relay team.
Indoor:  Competed in six meets for the Bengals...Was part of the winning 4x400 relay at the 2019 Stacy Dragila Open. Set personal best in the 60 with an 8.0 also set personal best in the 400 with 59.50... Finished second in the 4x400 at the Weber State Indoor Invitational... At the Jackson's Invite finished second in the 400m with personal best time of 57.94... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.
