Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals…Finished first in the 800m at the ISU Bengal Invitational with a time of 2:15.05…Earned a personal best at the OSU High Performance Meet in the 800m finishing with a time of 2:12.82… Represented Idaho State at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 800m.
Indoor: Competed in the mile at the Weber State Invitational finishing second with a time of 5:26.53…Won the 800m at the Bobcat Special finishing with a time of 2:15.09.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
Indoor: Opened the season at the Snake River Open running a personal best time of 1:02.61 in the 400m... At the Stacy Dragila Open recorded two new personal bests in the 800m and the Mile... Finished second in the 800m with a time of 2:22.46 at the MSU Dual Invite... At the Mountain State Games set a new personal best in the mile with a time of 5:23.68... Finished fifth in the 800m at the Big Sky Tuner...Represented Idaho State at the 2020 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m running a personal best time of 2:18.74.

Personal: Born October 20, 2000... daughter of Scott and Gina Timmons... gradutated from Skyview High School in 2019... majoring in English Literature at Idaho State University.
