Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): In her first season she competed in four meets… ran a personal best in the 60m (8.00s) and in the 200m (26.56s) to place 9th at the Snake River Open (01/12/24)... was a part of a top five finish in the 4x400m relay at the Weber State Invitational (01/20/24)... ran a personal best in the 400m (1:00.99) at the Mtn States Games (02/10/24)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Personal: Rachel is a transfer out of Pleasant Grove, Utah and is studying Health Science with a Pre-Physician Assistant minor. She is also a member of the Women's Soccer team here at Idaho State. Rachel’s favorite food is cheese fries and her favorite movie is A Star Is Born. Outside of sports, Rachel enjoys roller skating, pottery, and scuba diving.
