Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): In her final indoor season, senior sprinter Sage Wood demonstrated consistent performance across multiple events. She achieved a personal best in the 60m dash with a time of 7.92 seconds at the Mountain States Games on February 14–15, 2025. In the 200m, Wood recorded a season-best of 25.60 seconds at the same meet. She also contributed to the 4x400m relay team, which posted a time of 3:55.10 at the Stacy Dragila Open on February 7, 2025, securing third place. At the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (February 27–March 1, 2025), Wood was part of the distance medley relay team that finished eighth with a time of 12:26.24.
Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Secured a 5th place finish in the 100m at the Weber State Classic (04/05/24)... at the Aggie Invitational ran a personal best in the 100m (12.36s) to secure a 7th place finish and also placed 2nd in the 4x100m relay that same day (05/20/24)... recorded a personal best in the 200m (24.99s) in the preliminary round at the Bengal Invitational (45/27/24)... ended the year at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship and finished top-ten in both 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay (05/11/24)... No. 7 (along with Tenleigh Smith, Josie Settle, Kyndal Martin) on the Idaho State Top-Ten Performance List for 4x400m relay (3:50.03)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.
Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Was a member of the 4x400 relay at the Snake River Open and they secured a 5th place finish (01/12/24)... ran a personal best in the 60m (8.01s) at the Mtn States Games (02/10/24)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

College of Idaho (2021): Earned All-Cascade Conference honors… competed at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships as part of the 4x100-meter relay team… placed eighth in the 100m (12.55s)... ninth in both the 200m (26.02) and 400m (59.43) at the CCC Championships.
West Jefferson High School: Athletics: Three-time State Champion in the 4x100m relay (2017, 2018, 2019), three-time State Champion in the 4x200m relay (2017, 2018, 2019), placing third in the 200m (26.21s) and fifth in the pole vault (9’ 6”); took fourth in the 200m, four-time 2A State Qualifier in Cross Country (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019)
Personal: Sage is the daughter of Laurel and Darren and she has three sisters Brooklyn, Mattie, and Maysa. She also has two awesome brothers-in-laws, Jordan and Richard. One of her biggest supporters is her husband, Kaleb Hall. This is her last year running and she really couldn’t be more sad about it. She LOVES track and has loved her time here at Idaho State and her previous time at the College of Idaho. Sage loves her family and all her friends and track family she has gained through running collegiate track. She would like to send a huge thanks to anyone who has ever supported her!
