Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): Scarlet Arredondo Sosa had a strong indoor season, showcasing her versatility in sprints and jumps. She achieved a personal best in the 55m dash with a time of 7.79 seconds at the Weber State Invitational on January 20, 2024. In the long jump, she secured a 5th place finish at the Stacy Dragila Open on January 26, 2024, with a mark of 5.38m (17'8"). Her standout performance came at the Mountain States Games on February 10, 2024, where she placed 3rd in the long jump, achieving a personal best of 5.47m (17'11.5")

Idaho State Outdoor (2024): During the outdoor season, Arredondo Sosa competed in six meets. She participated in the Klein/Nwaba Combined Events on March 22, 2024, finishing 16th in the heptathlon. At the Aggie Invitational on April 20, 2024, she placed 6th in the long jump. Her season also included a personal best in the 100m dash with a time of 13.21 seconds at the Utah-WSU Spring Classic on April 8, 2023 



Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Competed in six meets… at the Klein/Nwaba Combined Events finished 16th in the heptathlon (03/22/24)... placed 6th at the Aggie Invitational in long jump (04/20/24)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Had action in four meets this season… ran a personal best in the preliminary round of the 55m (7.79s) at the Weber State Invitational (01/20/24)... secured a 5th place finish at the Stacy Dragila Open in long jump (5.38m/17’ 8”) (01/26/24)... finished 3rd at the Mountain States Games in long jump (5.47m/17’ 11.5”) a personal best (02/10/24).

Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Competed in three meets during spring… mostly in long jump, 4x400m relay, 200m, and 100m… had a personal best run in the 100m (13.21s) at the Utah-WSU Spring Classic (04/08/23)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Took part of six meets this season… was a part of an 8th place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Bobcat Challenge (01/21/23)... stayed consistent with the 4x400m relay (4:18.67) and secured a 3rd place finish at the Bobcat Performance (02/10/23)... ended the year at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships and finished 18th in long jump (02/23/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2021-22): Opened the year at the Snake River Open College and ran a personal best in the 200m (26.73s) and placed 4th (01/15/22)... competed at the Bobcat Performance and ran a personal best in the 60m (8.12s) to help secure a 7th place finish (01/21/22).
