Idaho State (2019-20)
Indoor: Opened the season finishing second in the 4x400 and recording a personal best time of 5:41.60 in the Mile at the Snake River Open... At the Stacy Dragila Open, finished third in the 800m with a time of 2:21.64... Finished third in the 800m at the MSU Dual Invite... Won the DMR at the Mountain State Games with a combined time of 12:49.99... Represented Idaho State at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m and the DMR. 


Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the Jim Klein Combined events. Finished seventh in the women's heptathlon...Finished third in the 400H at the UVU Collegiate Invitational with a time of 1:04.86... At the Aggie Invitational, finished second in the 800m with a time of 2:18.65. Also finished in second place as part of the 4x100 and 4x400 teams... Finished third in the 400H at the Montana State Open with a time of 1:03.99... Finished third in the heptathlon at the BYU Robison Invitational with a season's best point total of 4760... Representing ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finished seventh in the 400H with a time of 1:02.60.

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bengals...At the Stacy Dragila Open finished second in the pentathlon with a score of 3366. As part of the 4x400 won the event with a time of 3:59.25... Threw a personal best distance of 10.74m in the shot put at the MSU Dual Invite No.1... At the Weber State Indoor Invitational ran a personal best time of 8.68 in the 55H... At the Jackson's Invite ran a personal best time of 58.73 in the 400m... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.


(2017-18):

Outdoor: Competed in seven outdoor meets for the Bengals... Started the outdoor season with a top 10 finish at the Westmont Classic with Jim Klein Multis in the Heptathlon... At the UVU Collegiate Invitational podium finished in 2nd place in both the 4X100 and the 4X400... During the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic Won the 4X400m with a combined time of 3:51.82... At the Mark Faldmo Invitational finished 2nd in the 4X400 with a combined finish of 3:50.11... Posted a personal best time of 1:00.70 in the 400H at the BYU Robison Invitational... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships where podium finished in 3rd with a personal best 4848 in the Heptathlon. 


(2016-17):

Outdoor: 

Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals...earned her first title by helping the 1,600m relay team cross the line first (4:07.72), placed fourth in the 55m hurdles (8.90), and claimed third with a personal-record finish in the 200m (27.19) at the Weber State Indoor Open...earned a personal record and finished seventh in the 400m (1:00.21), placed 10th in the 60m hurdles (9.52), tallied a personal record in the long jump (4.80m | 15-9), and finished her first shot put (9.69m | 31-9 1/2) at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet... 

Idaho State (2013-14):

Outdoor: Participated in eight meets for Idaho State...completed her first heptathlon at the CSUN Multi's and placed ninth with 3,180 points after earning top-10 finishes in the 800m (2:35.21), 100m hurdles (19.11), high jump (1.35m | 4-5), shot put (9.47m | 31-1), and javelin (23.56m | 77-3)...set personal records in the 200m (28.43), 100m hurdles (19.09), high jump (1.40m | 4-7), and long jump (4.58m | 15-0 1/2) at the 2014 UVU Collegiate Invitational...claimed third in the heptathlon with a personal-record 3,677-point effort at the Bengal Dec-Hep after tallying personal records in the 200m (28.00), 100m hurdles (17.73), and javelin (27.05m | 88-9)...set personal records in the long jump (4.69m | 15-4 3/4) and 200m (27.77) at the Utah Spring Classic...placed 10th in the 100m hurdles at the USU Mark Faldmo Invitational with a personal-best time of 17.37 seconds...scored a personal-best 3,877 points in the 2014 BYU Robison Invitational heptathlon and secured personal records in the 800m (2:26.01), 100m hurdles (16.84), high jump (1.47m | 4-9 3/4), and long jump (4.73m | 15-6 1/4)...claimed sixth in the 400m hurdles (1:07.77) and set a personal record in the 100m hurdles (16.42) at the Idaho-Utah Border Clash...represented ISU at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships and placed 17th in the heptathlon (2,955 points) with personal-record performances in the 200m (27.64) and javelin (27.44m | 90-0).

Indoor: Opened career with the Snake River Collegiate and ran the 200m (28.53) and 400m (1:05.01).
