Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In her final outdoor season, Sulette Ferreyra Serna continued to demonstrate her versatility and endurance in distance events. She achieved a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:44.27 at the Beach Invite (April 17–18) and recorded a season-best in the 800m with a time of 2:19.15 at the Ed Jacoby Twilight (April 25). In the 3000m steeplechase, she posted a season-best time of 11:16.93 at the Beach Invite, placing 17th. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (May 8–11), Ferreyra Serna finished 12th in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:29.20. Her consistent performances throughout the season highlighted her dedication and resilience.

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Ferreyra Serna focused on middle-distance events. She achieved a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:15.50 at the Bobcat Challenge (January 25) and recorded a season-best in the 3000m with a time of 10:35.85 at the Snake River Open (January 16–17). At the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (February 27–March 1), she contributed to the distance medley relay team that finished 8th with a time of 12:26.24.

Idaho State Cross Country (2024): In the 2024 cross country season, Ferreyra Serna was a key contributor to the Bengals' success. She ran a personal best 5K time of 18:13.0 at the LC State Invite (October 19) and completed the 6K in 18:57.0 at the Big Sky Preview Meet (September 20). At the Big Sky Conference Championships (November 1), she finished 44th with a 5K time of 18:26.7, helping the team secure a 4th place finish—their best since 2014.



Idaho State Outdoor (2024): Started the year strong finishing 2nd place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (03/29/24)... ran a personal best in the 3,000m steeplechase (11:16.05s) at the Leopard DC/Sciac #3 (04/13/24)... earned a personal best in the mile (5:16.49s) at the Bengal Invitational (04/27/24)... ended the season at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship finishing 12th in the 3,000m steeplechase (05/11/24)... named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Indoor (2023-24): Redshirt season

Idaho State Outdoor (2023): Started the year earning a personal best in the 800m (2:22.69s) at the Utah-WSU Spring Classic (04/08/23)... ran a personal best in the 1,500m (4:54.77s) at the Bengal Invitational (04/29/23).

Idaho State Indoor (2022-23): Competed in three indoor meets… finished 4th in the mile and 3rd in the 4x400m relay at the Bobcat Performance (02/10/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.

Idaho State Outdoor (2022): Had action in three meets… ran a personal best in the 3,000m (11:05.15s) at the Aggie Invitational to finish 7th (04/09/22).

Idaho State Indoor (2021-22): Competed in two meets for the Bengals in the 800m… placed 18th in the Stacy Dragila Open (01/29/22) and 13th in the Mtn States Games (02/12/22).

Personal: Daughter of Veronica and Enrique, Sulette also has two siblings, Andrea and Noel. Her entire family, including herself, is musically inclined. In her free time Sulette loves dancing. She is a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative (SAAC) and is a part of Idaho State University Honors Program.
