Idaho State Outdoor (2025): In the 2025 outdoor season, Zoie Kessinger continued to excel in the throwing events for the Bengals. At the Bengal Invitational (May 2–3), she achieved a personal best in the hammer throw with a mark of 49.98 meters (164'0"), placing sixth. In the discus, she recorded a personal best of 46.42 meters (152'3"), finishing fourth. These performances placed her ninth on Idaho State's all-time list in the discus. Earlier in the season, Kessinger secured first place in the discus at the Ed Jacoby Twilight (April 25) with a throw of 45.78 meters (150'2"). She also competed in the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 17), achieving a mark of 46.13 meters (151'4") in the discus. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (May 14–17), Kessinger placed 13th in the hammer throw with a distance of 47.88 meters (157'1") and 20th in the discus with a throw of 38.15 meters (125'2").

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25): During the indoor season, Kessinger focused on the weight throw. She achieved a personal best of 15.82 meters (51'11") at the Mountain States Games (February 14–15), placing ninth. At the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (February 27–March 1), she threw 14.72 meters (48'3.5"), finishing 20th.
