Becky Naber has been part of the team since 2018, serving as Executive Assistant. Known for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, she brings strong experience in scheduling, office management, and organizational support. Becky is the go-to person when it comes to making sure operations stay on track and details don’t fall through the cracks.

Originally from Rupert, Idaho, Becky has a special connection to the ICCU Dome. Her grandfather helped build the facility, and she spent much of her childhood attending events there. Working in the Dome now feels like a full-circle moment—combining her personal history with her professional path.

What Becky loves most about her role is the opportunity to connect with student-athletes and cheer them on, both in their sport and their personal growth. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how she likes it.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys traveling, reading, camping, hiking & exploring the outdoors (especially in cooler weather), and cheering for the Boston Red Sox.
