POCATELLO, Idaho - The Idaho State soccer team dropped a 1-0 contest at Portland State on a rain-filled Sunday afternoon in Hillsboro Stadium. The Bengals are now 6-10-2 overall and 1-4-1in Big Sky play while Portland State improved to 8-9-1 and 4-2 in conference play.
Portland State scored the only goal of the game at the 27:22 mark when Hannah Kimsey put in a rebound shot for the goal.
Idaho State had nine shot attempts with Lauren Ryan attempting four. Bengal goalkeeper Carly Hutchings had 12 saves.
Idaho State closes out the regular season on Oct. 29 at Weber State. Game time is at 3 p.m.
