Bengals Play at Montana

Kickoff is at 1:40 p.m. on Root Sports.

POCATELLO, Idaho
- Idaho State travels to Montana for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff at Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula. The game will be seen live on Root Sports and heard live on the radio at 102.5 FM or at 930 KSEI. The game can be seen on Root Sports on DirecTV channel 683 (ROOT Sports Rocky Mountain) or on channel 687 (ROOT Sports Northwest). The game will also air nationwide on DirecTV channel 239. On the DISH Network the game can be seen on Channel 414 (Root Sports Rocky Mountain) or channel 426 (ROOT Sports Northwest).  Tom Glasgow will serve as the play by play analyst while Sed Bonner will provide color and Jenny Cavnar sideline reporter. 

Montana is 3-5 overall and 1-4 in Big Sky Conference play. The Griz are scoring 30.9 points and giving up 29.1 points a game. Montana is averaging 447 of total offense a contest. Peter Nguyen averages 75.5 rushing yards a game. Trent McKinney is averaging 166.1 yards of passing at quarterback. Brock Coyle is the top defender with a team-best 74 tackles.

Montana leads the overall series 41-13. Idaho State last beat Montana 43-40 at Holt Arena in 2003.  The Bengals only have won in Missoula three times with the last victory a 31-17 win on Nov. 19, 1983.

Northern Colorado Game Notes Recap
- The 41-yard touchdown pass to Cameron Richmond was the fifth longest offensive play of the 2012 season.
- Aaron Prier had a career-high 61-receiving yards against the Bears to go along with his six carries for 31-yards.
- With Rodrick Rumble's seven receptions he passed Merril Hoge to move into third place for career receptions with 186. He needs to two receptions to pass Sale' Key's 187 receptions and move into second place.
- Since being inserted into the starting lineup, freshmen Taison Manu has led the team in tackles in every game he has started. He had 13 vs. Sacramento State, eight at Portland State and 10 at Northern Colorado. He was suspended by the conference for the UC Davis for an illegal hit.
- Cameron Gupton and Trevor Spence tied their career-high in tackles with eight.
- Kevin Yost has thrown for two touchdowns in a game in five of the seven games where in 2011 he only threw for two touchdowns or more in three games. He has attempted at 30 passes or more in every game of his career.
