“Kansas State is a good team,” ISU Head Coach
Seton Sobolewski said. “I felt we matched up well with them. We had a good game plan, we just needed to execute a little better, take care of the ball a little better and shoot a little better. To play a Big 12 team this close is a positive. We had some great shots and in close games with closely matched teams, the details make the difference.”
The Bengals travel to Lawrence, Kan., Sunday to face No. 25 Kansas Sunday. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m.
