Lindsey reed scored on a jumper on Idaho State's first possession to give the Bengals a 2-0 lead just 13 seconds into the game and the Bengals never trailed after that point.
Â
ISU started off strong and took a 16-point, 27-11 lead with 4:12 left in the first half. Carroll wouldn't back down and cut the Bengal lead to 34-27 at the break.
Â

Â
Becca Schimpsher scored a career high 13 points, all of which came in the second half.
Â

Â
Reed scored 12 points and Tingey scored 11 along with 12 rebounds for her second double-double in as many games.
Â
"Jess is developing into someone we can rely on in the low post," Sobolewski said. "She is getting on the glass and the especially on the offensive end. Rebounding is a lot about effort and attitude and she has showed that in the last two games."
Â
Bailey Snelling led Carroll with 17 points including 9-of-10 from the free throw line. Jordan Johnston had 13 points and was one of three Saints with a team high five rebounds.
Â
ISU outrebounded Carroll 41-35.
