Bengals Host Portland State on Senior Day

Kickoff is at 3 p.m.

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State hosts Portland State on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 3:05 p.m. in Holt Arena. This is the final home game of the 2013 season. Idaho State leads the overall series 23-14-1. Portland State has won the last three meetings with ISU's last win being a 41-34 win at Holt Arena in 2009. The last time the Vikings visited Pocatello, they beat the Bengals 42-35.

Today is the final home game for 10 Bengals seniors. Playing their final home game for Idaho State are: Jon Davidson, Tanner Davis, Luke Austin, James Bergren, Brendon Garcia, Cameron Gupton, Jake Pele, Trevor Spence, Cameron Richmond and Kimo Makaula.

Picking Up Where They Left Off
Cameron Richmond and Luke Austin finished the 2012 season with 112 catches for 1,350 yards and 12 touchdowns. The two have combined for 1,460 receiving yards of Justin Arias' 3,039 passing yards so far in 2013. Luke Austin missed the Western State and Washington game due to injury. The two have combined for 13 of Arias' 19 touchdowns. For their careers, Austin has caught 143 passes for 2,001 yards and 17 touchdowns and Richmond has caught 118 passes for 1,355 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Throwing for Over 400
Justin Arias had 441 passing yards and the ninth best performance by a Bengal. Arias has three games of 400 plus passing yards and he currently boasts the 9th, 10th, 17th and 25th best passing performances in program history. There have been 16 times an Idaho State quarterback has thrown for 400 yards or more.
