Bengal Women Fall to Weber State 84-71

Box Score OGDEN, Utah – The Idaho State Bengals fell to Weber State, 84-71, on Monday night at the Dee Events Center.

The Bengals were led by Jessica Tingey with 18 points. Lindsey Reed scored 16 for the Bengals and Kara Jenkins had 10 points on the loss.

Regina Okoye led WSU with 16 points. Desiree Ramos scored 15, Brianna Averette had 14 points off of the bench and Amanda Hughes had 12 points.

The Bengals outrebounded WSU 42-27 but had 25 turnovers which led to 36 points.

The Bengals dropped to 9-14 overall and 7-7 in Big Sky play and Weber State moved to 5-18 overall and 1-13 in conference.

The Bengals host Montana State Thursday at 7 p.m. in Reed Gym.
