Las Vegas – Idaho State men's tennis fell 5-2 to Seattle University in a neutral site match in Las Vegas.
Josh Goodwin and
Cody Miller defeated Riley Newman and Conner Leahy 8-7(8-6) in the No. 3 doubles match but the Redhawks won the other two matches in the doubles competition to earn the point.
Jamey Swiggart defeated Kevin Lynch 7-5, 6-0 at No. 1 and Krzyzstof Stempien defeated Will Topp 6-4, 6-2 at No. 2 to take a 2-1 lead.
Seattle U then swept the remaining four matches to win 5-2.
The Bengals fall to 2-9 on the season.
ISU will host three consecutive home games starting with Montana State on March 31.
