Live StatsPOCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State football team continues its stretch of playing teams in the state of Utah when it plays at Utah State on Saturday, September 6 at 6 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on 930 CBS Sports Radio or Rock 102.5. Utah State was picked to finish second in the Mountain Division behind Boise State. In 2013 the Aggies finished 9-5 and won six of their final seven games. Utah State won the Mountain Division and beat No. 24 Northern Illinois in the Poinsettia Bowl in San Diego. Utah State returns 14 starters from the 2014 team.
Utah State leads the series 12-2. The Bengals and Aggies last played in 2010 where USU came away with a 38-17 win in Logan. ISU beat Utah State 27-24 in Logan on November 18, 2000 and 50-24 in Pocatello in 1981.
Bengals Against FBS OpponentsIdaho State is 0-21 against FBS schools since beating Utah State 27-24 at USU in 2000. Since 2008, the FBS opponents Idaho State has faced are; Air Force, Nebraska, BYU, Washington State, Utah State, Georgia, Arizona State, Oklahoma, Boise State, Washington, Utah and Idaho. ISU plays Utah and Utah State in 2014, Boise State and BYU in 2015 and Colorado in 2016.
