POCATELLO, Idaho - Idaho State sophomore wide receiver
Madison Mangum, was named Bengal Athlete of the Week for his performance against Sacramento State on September 27.
Mangum, 6-2, 212 pound sophomore from Boise, Idaho gained a career high 174 receiving yards. He threw a 35-yard touchdown pass to
KW Williams in the second quarter in Idaho State's 44-24 win against the Sacramento State Hornets.
Mangum was on the receiving end of an 11-yard scoring pass from
Justin Arias putting the score at 37-17 in the fourth quarter. This is the first time Mangum has been named Bengal Athlete of the Week.
The Bengals' play at Eastern Washington on Saturday, October 4. Kickoff is at 2:30 p.m. (MST).
