Stempien Stays Hot as Bengals Split Matches

POCATELLO, Idaho – Krzysztof Stempien ran his singles match winning streak to five consecutive matches as the Bengals split their matches with Southern Utah and Grand Canyon.

Stempien won 6-2 and 6-2 over Ben Spencer in the No. 1 singles spot against SUU and defeated GCU's Alexander Roggenkamp 4-6, 6-3, and 10-6.

The loss to the 'Lopes ended ISU's five match winning.

The Bengals continue play at the Las Vegas tournament when they take on Mesa Community College Monday and Seattle University on Tuesday.
