Three-Set Battles Highlight Loss To NAU

FLAGSTAFF, Arizona –  Multiple three-set matches highlighted the match as Idaho State fell 6-1 to Northern Arizona at the Continental Country Club.

Marian Tangarife (4-6, 6-3 and 6-4) battled back after dropping the first set to record the only victory of the day for the Bengals.

Wiebke Boeckmann, Svenja Tegtmeier and Laura Theus each went to the full three-sets but eventually fell to their opponent from NAU.

ISU continues Big Sky play next Saturday April 4 when they journey to Sacramento State. The Bengals return home for three matches starting April 7.
