FLAGSTAFF, Arizona – Krzysztof Stempien continued to be the bright spot for the Idaho State men's tennis team as the Bengals fell 6-1 to Northern Arizona Thursday afternoon at the Continental Country Club.

Stempien defeated Eden Peleg 6-7 (5-0), 6-3 and 10-7 at the No. 2 spot to record his eighth straight victory in singles competition.Â

He also teamed with
Josh Goodwin to collect a 6-2 doubles victory. The pair improved to 8-3 on the season and has won four of their last five matches.Â

ISU returns home on Sunday to host instate rival University of Idaho at 10 AM on the outdoor courts at Capell Park in Chubbuck.
