Idaho State Defensive Coordinator Roger Cooper
On UC Davis
"They are very talented. There skill players on offense are great and they flew around on defense. They are a good team with great players. We knew they were good. The Big Sky is all about matchups. It is what you do well and what the other team does well."
"They have a very talented receiver and they made some plays. The plays that we took away in the first half to get them off the field they made them in the second half. It is my job to put them in better situations."
On ISU
"They worked so hard and are so improved. We were really never in it last year. The guys forgot what it was like to lose. It is hitting them pretty hard. It is tough to see but it really shows how much they care and opportunity is still a head of us to win a lot of games."
"People need to understand how much better we are. Nothing changes with us. We stay the course. These kids just forgot what it was like to lose."
