Bengals Fall to Northern Colorado 3-1

POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State volleyball team fell 3-1 to Northern Colorado on Oct. 4 in Reed Gym.
 
The Bears went ahead 2-0 after wining the first two sets, 25-19 and 25-21.

The Bengals combined a .283 hitting percentage in the third set to give them a 25-18 victory.

The fourth and final set was a 25-12 victory to lead the Bears to a 3-1 win.

ISU recorded a total of 38 kills led by senior Haylie Keck with 11 and sophomore Raegan Steiner with nine.

Defensively the Bengals recorded 51 digs led by sophomore Mahala Bradburn with 15 and 18 blocks led by senior Brooke Pehrson with six.
 
Idaho State will host Sacramento State (Oct. 10) at 7 p.m. (MST) and Portland State (Oct. 12) at 7 p.m. (MST) in Reed Gym as part of homecoming weekend.
