POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State soccer's Head Coach
Debs Brereton has announced the signing of Morgan Hall. Hall will join the Bengals for the 2019 season after transferring from Utah State University Eastern.
Hall, a Preston, Idaho native, continued her high school success during her time at USUE. In 2018, she was named to the Scenic West All-Region First Team after securing the Golden Boot as a forward and attacking midfielder. She was also the Most Valuable Offensive Player in 2017.
"Morgan is a dynamic forward who is composed in front of goal," Brereton said. "Her athleticism and tenacious attitude will enhance the overall depth of our attacking positions."
With Preston High in 2016, she was named the Idaho State Journal and Herald Journal Player of the Year. It was the first of a series of honors Hall would claim that year. She was also named the ISU Economic Summit Winner and helped the women's basketball team take third in the Idaho State 4A Championship.
Hall gathered both the Idaho State Journal Soccer Player of the Year and the Herald Journal Offensive Soccer Player of the Year awards in 2015 after leading Preston High School to the 4A state title. She was also the 2013 Herald Journal Utility Soccer Player of the Year.
Hall will continue her studies in dental hygiene at Idaho State University.
